APPLICATION
The DELEKS® SMART-1000TR is a tracked self-propelled flail mower designed for dense vegetation management on uneven terrain, slopes and low-bearing surfaces. The dual rubber track configuration ensures optimized load distribution, reducing ground pressure and improving traction on soft or inclined terrain.

Compared to the wheeled version, the tracked system provides enhanced longitudinal and lateral stability, minimizing slippage during uphill operation and improving control on embankments, banks and hillside rows.

CUTTING SYSTEM

The shredding system is based on a high-inertia rotor equipped with 22 groups of blades, each consisting of 3 elements (2 curved blades and 1 straight central blade), for a total of 66 blades. This configuration ensures higher cutting capacity and improved shredding quality on grass, brush and small woody residues. The floating blade system reduces the risk of rotor damage in case of accidental impacts with stones or foreign objects. Power transmission is ensured by a double belt system, providing greater reliability and improved power distribution compared to single-belt solutions.
