DELEKS® V3000HBS is a professional hydrostatic tracked mini dumper designed for operators who need more engine power and a high-tip system for unloading directly into vans and trucks, while maintaining compact dimensions and excellent manoeuvrability.

It is equipped with a Briggs & Stratton XR10.0 10 HP petrol engine, providing higher torque and greater power reserve than the standard V3000. This makes the V3000HBS particularly suitable for demanding applications and intensive working cycles.

The hydrostatic transmission provides smooth and precise speed control, improving manoeuvrability and operating safety even on uneven terrain, slopes or in confined working areas.

The main feature of the V3000HBS is its hydraulic high-tip dumper body. The hydraulic system raises the entire dumper body to an elevated unloading position and then hydraulically tips it, allowing material to be discharged directly into the loading body of vans and trucks.

This system significantly reduces manual material handling and working time, particularly when soil, sand, aggregates, construction materials, waste or debris need to be transferred directly into a transport vehicle.

The integrated operator platform allows the user to travel comfortably on the machine, making the V3000HBS particularly suitable for continuous professional use and repeated transport operations.

The tracked undercarriage provides excellent traction, stability and low ground pressure, allowing the machine to operate effectively on uneven, muddy or sloping terrain.

DOUBLE IN-LINE COUNTERBALANCE VALVE

The DELEKS® V3000HBS is equipped with a Double In-Line Counterbalance Valve integrated into the hydrostatic drive circuit.

This system provides controlled and progressive operation of the tracks, allowing the operator to precisely regulate machine movement uphill, downhill, forward or in reverse.

The counterbalance valve helps prevent uncontrolled movement and sudden acceleration caused by the weight of the load or the gradient of the terrain.

By controlling hydraulic flow and pressure within the drive circuit, the system significantly improves machine control, stability and operating safety.
