Returns and Refunds
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, there is no problem!
Return is quick and easy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return one or more products you have purchased.
You can return the product directly at our warehouse or by courier. If you prefer, you can ask us to collect the goods (the return shipment cost will be calculated based on the standard rate of the carrier).
When we receive your returned product, after checking the conditions of it, you are automatically refunded.

How do I request a return?
1. Send us an email with the order number and make a return request.
2. Wait for the confirmation email, also containing instructions of the procedure.
3. Prepare the package / pallet ensuring that nothing can be lost or damaged during transit.
4. Return or Send
Return the product at warehouse or send it to us by courier or ask us to collect it. Attention, the responsibility for any missing or damaged parts will be borne by the customer even if the Courier is sent by DELEKS® for collection. DELEKS® staff will immediately communicate any defect to the customer upon arrival of the goods.
5. Wait for the refund
We will refund you with the same payment method chosen for the purchase, as soon as we have received and checked the product.
