Our e-commerce website allows secure payments with credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable cards. DELEKS offers following payment methods: Visa, Visa electron,
Mastercard, Maestro, American Express…
There won’t be imposed any surcharges on credit card payments.
For payments with all credit cards and debit cards it is required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value) - a three-digit security code which is printed on the back side of the card (or four-digit code on the front side of the card if you use American Express) and serves as a security measure during commercial electronic transactions, otherwise the order will not be processed.

Pay attention

Ad additional code or data might be requested after entering the credit card details and the CVV.
This might happen because some banks require a specific procedure to enable the use of credit cards online. To know how to enable your credit card for online purchases or how to find the requested code, you must contact your bank directly.

If your card is refused

This might happen for any of the following reasons:
- The details entered could be incorrect. Check again carefully that you have filled out all the required fields correctly.
- You might have reached your daily or total credit card limit. Contact your bank to check your purchase limit.
- The credit card may have expired. Check the expiration date of the card to make sure that it is valid.
- Your card doesn't accept charges from an online source. Make sure that your card allows online transactions.

Before entrusting the order to a courier, DELEKS might verify the card’s authenticity, by contacting directly an appropriate bank : this verification might be done to ascertain the actual ownership of the credit card. If the bank informs DELEKS of any irregularity related to the credit card used for the payment, the order will be cancelled immediately and the client will be notified of the cancellation by e-mail.


DELEKS accepts payments through Paypal, a well-known, easy and secure online payment system.
If you choose to pay through Paypal, you need to have an account with them.
After choosing Paypal as your method of payment you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Paypal about each transaction made with this payment method.

Although PayPal is a very secure system, DELEKS is not responsible for protecting the personal information which you share with Paypal. You are encouraged to read the related PayPal policies carefully.

When the goods are ready for dispatch, DELEKS will notify you by sending a text message or an email to your address.

If PayPal communicates any irregularity to DELEKS, the order will be cancelled or suspended. If such a situation occurs, you will be informed of that by your email.
In case of cancellation, the money will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.


To send a bank transfer, once the order has been completed, the following steps need to be done:

- you need to indicate the order number and the customer´s name and surname as a reason and reference for the wire transfer.

International bank transfers usually take longer than domestic bank transfers.
It may take approximately 5 business days for DELEKS to receive the funds. If DELEKS doesn’t receive the funds after 10 days from the date of acceptance of the order, the order will be cancelled.
