Professional hydraulic 3-disc cutting bar with high-performance piston hydraulic motor and 1-meter cutting width, designed for intensive pruning of hedges, branches and woody vegetation on excavators, hydraulic hedge cutters, professional brush cutters and boom-mounted vegetation management machines.

Thanks to its robust steel construction and the use of professional-grade components, this cutting bar is particularly suitable for roadside maintenance, vegetation management, trimming of embankments, ditches, road verges, orchards, vineyards and agricultural areas.

The three Ø 400 mm discs are equipped with 60 teeth each featuring tungsten carbide tips (TCT), ensuring excellent cutting performance, long service life and reduced wear even when working on tough vegetation.

The cutting system is capable of efficiently processing branches and woody material up to approximately 90 mm in diameter, delivering a fast, clean and precise cut.

Power is transmitted through a bidirectional piston hydraulic motor with case drain, a technology widely used in high-performance professional applications. Compared with traditional orbital hydraulic motors, a piston motor provides higher efficiency, greater torque, improved mechanical performance and consistent output even under heavy loads and continuous operation.

The transmission system incorporates two XPA907 V-belts, helping absorb mechanical shock loads and reduce vibrations while improving reliability, operator comfort and component longevity.

Technical notes:
The carrier machine must be equipped with a hydraulic system featuring a free oil return line. In the event of excessive flow, the oil must be able to return directly to the tank return line, preventing overpressure and ensuring proper operation of the hydraulic motor.

It is also essential to verify that the hydraulic flow and pressure of the carrier machine are compatible with the cutting bar specifications.
